I think Citizen Journalism means to me that it is a wide range of activities in which people contribute information. It provides more information than wiki. Those people posted information to Citizen Journalism aren’t limited to professional people. So long people wish to post information, they are allowed. It is anyone regardless of their educations.
They are eligible to post information about the news. There aren’t any experts maintaining the website. The information that is from personal view, it might be biased.
It is like a tool to voice out to evaluate the veracity of content and increase understanding about appropriate uses of user-produced content. Citizen journalism encourages students like me to think critically about what it means to be unbiased, to present competing viewpoints, and to earn readers’ trust. It is a way to improve the research skill
